How to
Telegram
Mandala signs in to Telegram as you, with your personal account, like a desktop Telegram app. You can add several accounts. Your accomplice reads only the chats you allow, and every message it sends as you waits for your approval.
Before you start
- Create a Telegram API app once at my.telegram.org → API development tools. You get an api_id and an api_hash.
- The server needs TDLib (
libtdjson); see Install on Linux.
- Settings → Extensions → Telegram.
- Enter api_id and api_hash, then Save.
- Enter your phone number with its country code, then Continue.
- Enter the login code Telegram sends to your Telegram app, then your two-step password if you have one.
- The account shows Signed in as your name.
What your accomplice may do
| Switch | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Read chats | It may read chats you allow, one by one. |
| Send messages | It may send as you; each message waits for your approval. |
| Watch new messages | New messages in allowed, watched chats reach background triage. |
| Smart approval | Routine replies it is confident about can go without a card. Off by default. |
Allow a chat
Open the chat in Communications and press Allow Alma to see this chat. Until then its messages are not loaded and your accomplice cannot read it.
More accounts
Settings → Extensions → Communications → Telegram accounts → Add account, then sign in step by step (phone, code, password). Added accounts use the first account's API app. Each account's chats show under it in Communications.
Sign out
Sign out stops all reading and sending at once.
