How to
GitHub
- Settings → Extensions → GitHub, and paste a fine-grained personal access token for the repositories you want (contents, pull requests, issues, actions). It is stored encrypted.
- Add a repository as
owner/name. Your accomplice sees only listed repositories. - Per repository:
- Allow changes — branches, commits, comments, pull requests and workflow runs. Each one still asks you.
- Allow merging — merging pull requests, asked each time.
Events
GitHub tells Mandala about pushes, pull requests and CI runs by webhook, through the Cloudflare tunnel (Cloudflare and webhooks).
- Settings → GitHub → Webhook: set a Webhook secret (32+ characters). Mandala shows the Payload URL once the tunnel exposes
/hooks/github. - In GitHub: the repository's Settings → Webhooks → Add webhook: that URL, content type
application/json, the same secret, and the events you want. - Under Events that wake Alma, per repository: which events, Only these actions (opened, closed, completed…) and Only these branches.
Every signed delivery is kept two weeks for coding sessions: a CI result on a session's branch refreshes its checks at once (Code). The events you chose also wake your accomplice.
