Google Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets
A Google account brings more than mail. Each service is opened to your accomplice separately, per account.
Coming soon — adding a Google account from Settings. Accounts already connected can be configured as below.
Set access per service
Settings → Extensions → Google, pick the account, then for each service:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Access | Your accomplice may read it. |
| Write | It may prepare changes (events, files, documents). Each still asks for your approval. |
| Monitoring | Changes reach background triage, checked every n minutes. |
Services: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Analytics, Search Console, Meet.
Press Save changes. The connection status shows whether the account is connected and when its sign-in renews; tokens refresh automatically.
Calendar
Your Google calendars appear in Agenda beside your tasks. Your accomplice reads them to plan and warn about clashes, and creates, moves or deletes events with your approval. See Agenda.
Drive, Docs and Sheets
Ask "find the Seafrigo contract in my Drive", "summarise this doc", "add a row to the stock sheet". Docs and Sheets your accomplice reads or edits open live in the canvas. Edits wait for your approval.
Analytics, Search Console, Meet
Your accomplice can run Google Analytics reports, read Search Console data, and create Meet spaces or read conference records, where you allowed it.
