Who owns what

Every mail account, chat account, vault and the Library has an owner identity. The owner decides who else sees it: a company's mailbox shows when you act as the company, and follows its permissions.

Assign an owner

Settings → Identities and ownership → Who owns what lists each resource with its owner. Change the owner from the list.

Move one conversation

A supplier who writes to your personal WhatsApp is still company business. In Communications, open the conversation and set Belongs to to the company. The thread now shows when you act as the company, while the rest of your personal account stays yours.

Defaults

• Accounts you connect belong to you until you assign them.
• A vault created while acting as an identity belongs to it.
• Records belong to the identity they were written for.
