Six things we won’t trade away.
Features change every week. These don’t. Each one is a decision about how Mandala is built, with a consequence you can check, and each page says what works today and what is still coming.
Yours, on your machine. There is no hosted Mandala. One small server is enough, and your files stay files.
Read → 02Nothing is ever lostEvery change is kept as a signed fact and the present is worked out from the history. Undo and audit come with it.
Read → 03Rules, not codeDeclare what is allowed and what follows. State, screens, API and search are derived, and replay gives the same answer.
Read → 04Trust without blockchainSignatures and delegation say who acted, for whom, when. Each side decides whom it trusts. No chain is needed.
Read → 05The AI answers to youYour accomplice can only do what the rules allow. What goes out waits for approval, and every action is traced.
Read → 06Works offline, live togetherLocal-first: your devices work apart and merge when they meet. Realtime collaboration is where it is going.
Read →All six, in one payment.
An invoice arrives, signed by the supplier (04). It lands on your own machine (01). Your accomplice asks to pay it and a rule stops the payment until a second person approves (03, 05). The request, the approval and the payment are kept for good (02). If you approved from a laptop on a train, it merged when you got home (06).
That is the whole product, really. The four pillars are how it is built; these six are why.
Where each one lives.
